The Surf and Racquet Club is a gorgeous, private, gated resort that is very well maintained. The resort offers DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS, two POOLS and four HAR-TRU TENNIS COURTS in addition to lovely grounds and sweeping lawns and is just steps away from the RITZ CARLTON via either the beach or a paved pathway draped by a live oak canopy. Extremely well managed by an active board of directors and a first rate management company, AIM, the association has over $2,500,000 in capital reserve funds. HOA fees for this unit are $868 a month and include water, sewer, trash, upgraded HD cable package, high speed internet, pest control, and building insurance.
