About Joe...  

 

Joe is a former senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in marketing, sales, real estate and finance. His background includes executive positions at two major global technology companies.  He has built and led multi-national sales teams that generated annual revenues exceeding $1.2 Billion, for technology-based software, hardware and services offerings.

Joe began his career  by using his MBA in international finance to start the international banking department at Citizens & Southern National Bank.  Amelia Realty Group is pleased that he is now applying his various skills to manage our day to day operations.

​

In addition to working with Amelia Realty Group, he also oversees operations of a real estate management and development company, Hurricane Shoals Realty Partners, LLC.  Prior to starting Hurricane Shoals, he managed major residential renovation projects in Florida, Connecticut, California and Georgia.  Hurricane Shoals has completed several highly successful property renovation projects on Amelia Island.

He is an alumnus of Williams College and has an MBA in International Finance from the University of South Carolina.
